Protel has installed Enterprise Wi-Fi into our Springfield operations centers. Reliable Wi-Fi has been key to real-time integration of receiving, inventory, shipping, and accounting. Protel has very knowledgeable engineers, as well as great technical support staff. Protel stands behind their work and products. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an IT solutions partner.

Protel has helped us completely revamp our phone system by providing solutions to what was an existing 2 system nightmare. As our staff changes one of the greatest features is the ability to program remotely. Protel is always quick to respond and have the friendliest staff to deal with.

Grizzly Industrial Inc., in Springfield Missouri has been working with Protel Systems for just over 20 years. During this time, we have completed many telecommunication projects with Protel, ranging from IP Expansion or remote facility connectivity to a complete PBX installation. We’ve even taken advantage of Protel Systems hosted SIP trunk services for our Technical support call center. Outside of the realm of telecommunication, we have had multiple security and door access projects completed as well, for our warehousing and retail sales environments. Whether it was just running a few cables, mounting cameras or a complete wireless network infrastructure install, Protel’s installation, service, and support is top in its class. In my 20 Year tenure with Grizzly Industrial, I’ve seen many vendors come and go, but it’s the quality work and speedy response for quotes and installation that allows us to continue a wonderful business relationship with the marvelous staff at Protel Systems.

Protel provided and installed our VoIP voice services in both our Springfield Mo. And Harrison Ar. Locations in the past year. Protel was able to install their services, effectively utilizing our existing phone systems without having to replace our current systems. Protel was also able to replace our unreliable internet services in Harrison with much more reliable services. When the time comes to replace the aging systems, we’re in a much better place for migration. Protel has a very knowledgeable technical staff and their thoroughness and response time to our changing needs has been phenomenal.

As an IT Systems Administrator, I’m always looking for vendors that can help me do my job better and increase efficiencies. Protel Systems maintained our POTS based phone system and when it couldn’t keep up with our changing needs as an organization, their staff spent the time to tailor an IP telephony system to our specific needs. They also spent the time with us and our other vendors when necessary to fix the inevitable issues that come up when switching to a new system. The flexibility that an IP telephony system offers has really been highlighted by the changing demands during the Covid-19 pandemic.

ProTel is great to work with! As a business owner, I’ve always gotten great customer service from them. I bought a large Toshiba system from them for my office a few years ago and the Toshiba phones always work perfectly. They also ran a lot of network cabling for us, too. I recently downsized my business and they recently installed a voice over IP system (VoIP) and again experienced a super-friendly staff who were quick to answer questions and provide the training and support I needed. I highly recommend ProTel to any size business who needs a professional phone system.
